The organization also hosts monthly socials and an annual national convention for the BDSM community.

Black Rose is also a name for several books, bands and songs, though it is also used to indicate a dangerous lady warrior.

Black Rose is also the first band to feature King Diamond on vocals.

Black Rose is the title of a song by singer Eric West, from his album Half Life.

Black Rose is the username of one of the heroes of Project .hack, a science fiction series which spans several media, including video games, anime and manga.
