Canadian Forest Service is a Canadian government agency within the Department of Natural Resources (Canada) responsible for promoting the sustainable development of Canada's forests and competitiveness of the forest sector to benefit present and future Canadians. The Minister of Natural Resources responsible for the forest service is the Honourable John Efford from Newfoundland and Labrador.
