Save this seal! If you are a registered voter of Los Angeles County, sign the petition
to save the seal. PETITIONS NOW AVAILABLE!! Print, sign, and mail in the petition available from http://www.savetheseal.net/ Remember, ONLY registered voters of Los Angeles County can sign them, BUT ANYBODY can spread the word! Save the cross that represented the history of the Catholic Mexicans that discovered L.A. County, not the biased advertisement of Christianity that the ACLU wants you to believe!
I welcome anybody's comments, questions, concerns, etcetera. Simply add them to my talk page[1] along with your signature (which is done simply by typing two dashes and four tildes ('~') at the end of your message). If your message is vandalism or something similiar, it will be ignored and deleted.
Biography
Born and raised in
Van Nuys, Los Angeles, California and still live in the east
valley, though elsewhere than Van Nuys. I love the
Greater Los Angeles area more than anywhere else I know of, for reasons that are tough to explain. Perhaps just because I was raised with all of it, but who knows?
I am a huge basketball fan and player. I love it more than any other sport and have loved it since I was a child. I love playing it and watching it equally. My skill level when playing is great, but not best or able to work miracles. I do know all the techniques and many tricks (there are a few I still don't know, like rolling the ball down my arms).
I know conversation-level Spanish, but I am not a native speaker nor am I near that level, but I do know enough to get around and say things that actually are productive and meaningful.
Brag List
Articles I have created:
I have edited too many to list here, but I must mention that I significantly enhanced the BZFlag article, as well as nominated it (and won) for Featured Article status.
I also like to add more Census information to cities, such as Employment stats or Real Estate stuff. I have created two C++ applications to aid in preparing the information, but none to actually edit it into a Wiki page.
