Via media

Via Media is Latin, "the middle way," and can mean:

• The so-called Radical middle, a type of third way philosophy as well as an associated political movement
• The Anglican Communion and associated churches, which sometimes refer to themselves as the "via media," between Catholicism and Protestantism.
