Easy! As you long as you have not yet commented on a particular forum/weblink/article page etc..., you will see the "add new comment" link found near the bottom of the screen, in the InfoBox. To add a comment, just click on that link. Once you're done, hit "submit"! That's all there is to it!
Tip: click on the (quoted) link instead and your comment will contain a "summary" of the contents of the page that you are commenting on.
Once you have created a comment, it will appear in a yellow box, just like this:
You can edit your own comments by using the "edit" link or reply to another person's comments' by selecting the "reply" link.
You will notice that in the comment box, there is a horizontal bar entitled "comment usefulness". This bar shows you how useful the comment has been to other readers. If no one has rated the comment yet, instead of a bar, you will see the the words "Usefulness: unknown".
You can rate the usefulness of another person's comment by using the "Rate Comment" dropdown list. As long as 1 person has rated the comment, the bar will be colored and show you the average "usefulness" level of that comment.
