Protozoa - Stentor

Two Stentor extended and feeding. The individual on the left clearly shows the contractile vacuole, membranelles, and moniliform Having a form suggesting a string of beads nucleus. For some reason the other Stentor has many more food vacuoles even though food availability is identical for both.
