The topics really need better organization. I do not want to come across offensively, but I think that you should organize them by discipline a little more clearly and allow new topics to be introduced. I have one I think would be great for discussion, but have no idea, and no permission to post it as it has nothing to do with any of the topics currently being discussed.

I think that less categories would be more productive than the current arrangement

General
Cellular/Molecular Biology (you have this: good job :), but maybe combine them)
Biochemistry/Physiology
Immunology
Taxonomy

Also, why don't you allow new forums to be produced?
