Contamination Problems - PCR

I'm soooo frustrated over my PCR work. I keep getting false positives even when I set my reactions only with water. This must be due to contamination.

I used filter-tips and proper gloves, I washed the pipettes thoroughly etc.

Anyone have any tips on what could be wrong?
