URGENT HELP NEEDED PLEASE

Hi im having serious problems with answering these questions below and i was wondering if anyone can help me please :cry: its driving me mad all the work i have done is totally wrong as iv been told by my teacher and he's no help at all, i have 2 days in which to do it and dont hav a clue some one plz help me.
