This one's really funny! The site that I found this picture on says "The direct in vivo bioassay data can then be used to confirm assumptions used to evaluate dose from the in vitro (indirect) bioassay measurements. Combining the in vivo and in vitro bioassay data with post-mortem tissue analysis will provide data in developing improved dosimetric models for transuranium radionuclide models."
